Your customers will be able to see upcoming and completed events they have registered for. They can see detailed information about each course, download course material, check where they are going and more.
They can access and see progress on their elearning. And transfer or cancel their course bookings themselves if something comes up, saving you time. If they cancel, Arlo will send through a refund or credit note.
They can see all their order information history too, including outstanding payments, credit notes and vouchers.
