- Arlo admins manage courses, registrations, delivery details, records, communications, and access
- Select contacts use the Organization Portal to manage attendees, view progress, check course details, see the status of certificates, and request new courses
- Instructors can see their schedules, access course details, mark attendance, record grades, and contact registrants on the go
- Learners and registrants use the Customer Portal to access their own training information, including course details, certificates, assigned elearning, personal details, registration changes, transfers, and waitlists.

To get started:
- Go to Settings in Arlo and open the new Organization Portal option
- Enable the portal for your platform
- Choose which organizations should have access
- Grant portal access to the right client contacts
- Configure your portal access communications
- Send activation emails so select contacts can log in and start using their portal
