More Info

The State of Instructor-Led Training 2027 report is built from responses from independent training providers, consultancies and other organizations running instructor-led training worldwide, alongside buyer-side data from The Training Marketplace.

The numbers raise as many questions as they answer. Providers are excited about AI for speeding up content creation, and just as worried about what it does to quality. Most raised their prices, and profit didn't follow. Generating demand is the biggest challenge, ahead of AI. Blended learning is growing, and most providers who offer it are still early.

Donald H. Taylor sits down with three people who've spent years inside training operations like yours to work through what it means in practice; not just what the data shows, but what to actually do about it.

Agenda:

  • What the data tells us about where ILT is genuinely growing, and where it's under pressure
  • The AI tension: same technology, providers both excited and worried about it
  • Pricing power vs margin squeeze: prices are up, margins aren’t following
  • Demand generation as the #1 challenge: how is our panel solving this in their own training operations.

Plus live Q&A.
