The new two-column layout keeps the shopping cart visible throughout the entire process—so customers always know what they’re registering for and how much they’re paying. This reduces confusion and drop-off, especially for customers registering multiple attendees, courses or applying promotional codes.

We’ve reduced the number of clicks and condensed the registration flow, allowing key details to be entered quickly and logically. A returning customer will be automatically recognized, and can then easily register a colleague or assign the booking to another attendee.

Promo codes update instantly in the cart summary, while payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Afterpay come integrated as standard. Plus, WCAG 2.2 accessibility improvements ensure every learner can complete checkout confidently.

The process is now fully mobile responsive, with tap-friendly fields that expand intuitively. Whether your customers are registering from an office or on the go, the checkout is fast, clear, and built to perform on any device.

Edit and preview before you publish

Edit and optimize exactly what your customers will experience before your checkout goes live. You can toggle between desktop and mobile views, allowing you to confirm the user experience works seamlessly across devices.

Preview the full flow from registration to billing and confirmation screens, and double-check everything is polished and ready for your customers. Fonts, colours, button styles, and custom text are all visible exactly as they’ll appear live. 

Images for each course are pulled directly from Arlo, and you’ll also be able to confirm that your redirect URLs, confirmation pages, and custom fields are configured as expected, before you open the checkout to customers.
