Unique Zoom Registrations
It probably doesn’t surprise you that Zoom is one of our most popular integrations. Zoom is everywhere.
But running training live online poses some challenges… right?
Like when people share their Zoom link with their colleagues who didn’t register, or worse, their colleagues who didn’t pay! What a mess.
Now, in Arlo, every registrant will automatically get their own, unique Zoom joining link, meaning you can be super confident the only right people are let into your Zoom sessions.
Auto Attendance Tracking
Many of you also told us how difficult it is to keep track of who has or hasn’t attended your Zoom courses. That makes follow-up tricky right?
Now, Arlo will automatically monitor who has attended, and record this back into your platform. One less manual task for your trainer to do each course!
Here is the icing on the cake. This attendance flag can then be used to trigger what Arlo does next, such as sending a feedback survey, follow-up email, or certificates like we’re showing here. Cool huh!
To get started, you may need to reauthorize Zoom on your Arlo platform. From there, all newly scheduled courses will enjoy these new features.

Next release: email branding
I want to give you a little glimpse into the future too. In our next release we’ll be giving you more control of how your Arlo emails look.
Soon, you’ll be able to add your branding to the dozens of automated emails that are sent from Arlo every day.
With the new visual email editor, you can easily:
- Add a header image
- Customise the colours and font
- Create and preview your new style
- Then apply it to all your emails in one click.
If you really can’t wait until the next release, send us an email and we can turn the feature on early for you.
