Hi everyone. I’m John Mitchell – the CEO and Founder of Arlo Software.

Firstly, I want to acknowledge the pain your business and team are likely experiencing right now. During these unprecedented times, I wanted to reach out and let you know that my team is here to support you.

Delivering face-to-face training is obviously becoming harder. But as an Arlo customer, you’re well placed to adapt. Our system supports live online learning, and the transition from face-to-face delivery isn’t as tricky as it sounds.

In the coming weeks we will be releasing product changes to make this transition even easier. We’ll also show you the recipe that other Arlo customers use to deliver top-notch live and interactive courses over webinars.

We don’t want you to be worrying about any additional costs, so have removed our cancellation fees. We will also allow you to add additional licenses to your platform so your team can easily work remotely. These are small things we can do to help you navigate these challenging times.

Finally, I can assure you that Arlo’s service will be unaffected in months ahead. Our team is distributed around the world, they are setup to work remotely, and we have strong processes in place for times like these. Your support queries will continue to be answered promptly and you will continue to see product improvements.
