How to choose the right training tools and platforms?

Step 1: Clarify Training Goals & Outcomes

First, define what you need the training platform to achieve. For example, if you sell you may be using a variety of tools, or manual processes to manage and sell your training. Get clear on your main pain points, and look for a solution that has features that solve the issues you define.

Step 2: Keep Your Learners & Training Delivery Method in Mind
